Production area:
Marling, on a slope (30 - 40% inclination); against morning sun. Soils consisting of granite, slate and gneiss, interspersed with sandy loam. Natural cultivation, without artificial fertilizers or herbicides.

Stainless steel and large wooden barrel.
Food pairing:
Pairs excellently with spring asparagus dishes, fish, white meat and goat cheese.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.

more than 5 years.

A family business, a single vineyard area, three vines, but countless genotypes: the Plonerhof estate in Marlengo aims for a very particular variability to occupy an extremely interesting niche. Also because the winemaker Erhart Tutzer wants to be "quality" in everything - from the vine to the bottle. The vineyards of the Plonerhof estate cover 5 hectares, partly with a slope of up to 40%, where working is difficult and tiring. It is evident that in these conditions nothing is received as a gift.
