"Wine is an extraordinary thing. It stimulates, sharpens the senses and opens up a world of aromas and sensations. Wine tells stories, about the land, the place where it is born and even about the winegrower who produces it. Joachim Wolf dedicates himself to winemaking in order to live this fascinating passion, to pass it on to others and share it with them. He would like his wines to be a source of inspiration, to awaken the senses of those who taste them. As a wine-growing area, Oberstein offers a soil rich in peculiarities. With his masterpieces he tries to bring out in the glass what characterises the vineyards of the Oberstein estate."
