Descrizione:
Colore rosso rubino intenso e profondo. Al naso profumi che ricordani more di rovo, mirtilli, prugne, note erbacee e campestri, finale di cacao e spezie. Gusto fresco e di avvolgente pienezza, tannini evoluti e setosi, speziato e persistente.
Uvaggio:
Cabernet Franc - Vallagarina IGT.
Zona:
Vallagarina, im Gebiet der Valli del Leno.
Vinificazione:
Fermentazione alcolica con lieviti indigeni in acciaio inox, legno nuovo e cemento e lunga macerazione delle bucce. Affinamento per 24 mesi in botti di rovere.
Abbinamento:
Formaggi erborinati, affettati e salumi, selvaggina, cioccolato fondente, risotti ai funghi.
Temperatura di servizio:
16 - 18°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 10 anni.

È una delle aziende più giovani, comparsa sulla scena trentina da poche vendemmie e già tra le protagoniste del ‘nuovo corso’ del vino trentino. Merito delle intuizioni – e grande bravura – di Eugenio Rosi, istrionico enologo, viticoltore rivoluzionario, cantiniere che sovverte procedure e tecniche vinarie solo ed esclusivamente per avere un vino il più naturale possibile. Sembra una contraddizione, ma è proprio così.
