Production area: Selected vineyard sites located in Tiso, Sarnes and Magrè at an altitude of 230 to 900 metres a.s.l., partly very steep vineyards. Gravely soils with high content of limestone in Magrè, vulcanic soil in Valle d'Isarco.
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately six months.
Food pairing: It is recommended with starters, all kind of seafood and shellfish, white meats and poultry.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
