Description: This white wine shows a youthful green-yellow colour and presents itself finely fruity on the nose. Notes of apples, pears and ripe melons can be detected. On the palate, the Sylvaner presents itself with its typical minerality, fine acidity and balanced body.
Grape varierty: Sylvaner - South Tyrol DOC.
Production area: A single vineyard site in Felthurns at 600 m above sea level. The light and permeable soil is composed of a mixture of sand, gravel, clausite and weathered slate.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation 50% in stainless steel barrels, 50% in large oak barrels and subsequent ageing for 11 months on the fine lees.
Food pairing: The wine is suitable for starters, asparagus, pasta, rice dishes and fish.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
Bottle size: 750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt.
