Production area: Foradori situata a Mezzolombardo, nel cuore del Campo Rotaliano. Suolo composto da terra alluvionale, ghiaioso-sabbiosa.
Vinification: Fermentazione in vasche di cemento. Affinamento 12 mesi in botte e cemento.
Food pairing: Ideal with risottos, pasta dishes with vegetables or meat sauce, game dishes, braised or grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
