Description

Description: 
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet reminds of raspberry, plum, blackberry, potpourri and cocoa, black pepper. Full, fine tannin, fresh and spicy taste with balsamic and persistent finish. 

Grape variety: 
Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 20% - Vallagarina IGT. 

Production area: 
Vineyards in Rovereto, at an altitude of 350 m, on soils of silt, clay and limestone. 

Vinification: 
Alcoholic fermentation with own yeasts, long maceration on the skins in steel barrels, new wood and cement. Maturation for 24 months in oak barrels of varying capacity. 

Food pairing: 
With mature cheeses, pasta with meat sauce, game, braised red meat, risotto. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 10 years. 

Bottle size: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contain sulphites.
