Description:
An iridescent salmon pink shines in the glass with light golden and pink lightenings towards the rim. The Fuoripista Pinot Grigio beguiles on the nose with fresh yellow fruit, grapefruit and rhubarb. With the necessary oxygen, aromas of anise, honeysuckle and almonds penetrate. Its multi-layered aromatic profile seems to be constantly changing and already promises complexity and freshness on the nose. On the palate, one encounters truly beguiling freshness. Still youthfully compact, it moves across the tongue with a taut structure. The fruity aromas of the nose give way to pronounced herbal notes and an intense minerality on the palate. Long lasting on the finish.

From biodynamic vineyards in the Campo Rotaliano site.
Vinification:
The wine is fermented on the skins for 8 months in tinajas (Spanish amphorae) where it slowly ages to reveal the delicate character of Pinot Grigio and the forgotten diversity of Trentino.

Fish dishes, seafood and shellfish.

10 - 12°C.

Foradori has the great merit of having contributed to the revaluation of the Teroldego vine, which in recent years has established itself in the Italian wine scene with great authority. The protagonist of this revival is undoubtedly Elisabetta Foradori, not surprisingly called the Teroldego lady, a woman who has been able to bring to the highest level the combination of passion and expertise. The Trentino region is absolutely suited for the production of quality red wines. The potential of the area are fully exploited by the Foradori winery, so as to give us bottles that reflect the quality and vision of labor in the vineyard.
