Description:
Nosiola "Fontanasanta" is an intense and full-bodied white wine, vinified with long maceration on the skins in terracotta amphorae. It exudes complex and articulate aromas of exotic fruit, citrus fruits, spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate it reveals great freshness and sapidity, in a balanced and very long sip.

Fontanasanta, Trento hill, clay-limestone soil.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maturation in tinajas (amphorae) on the skins for 8 months.

Stewed fish, seafood risotto, white meat, grilled fish.

12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.

Foradori has the great merit of having contributed to the revaluation of the Teroldego vine, which in recent years has established itself in the Italian wine scene with great authority.
