Description:
Golden yellow colour with honey-coloured highlights. Hints of ripe pears, honey and a floral range of considerable complexity. Very balanced flavour with great taste-olfactory persistence and a pleasant almondy finish.

Fontanasanta, Trento hill, clay-limestone soil.
Vinification:
fermentation with maceration on the skins in cement vats and subsequent ageing in acacia barrels for 7 months.

Ideal with fresh cheeses, fish and shellfish, fish-based first courses.

12 - 14°C.

more than 5 years.

Foradori has the great merit of having contributed to the revaluation of the Teroldego vine, which in recent years has established itself in the Italian wine scene with great authority. The protagonist of this revival is undoubtedly Elisabetta Foradori, not surprisingly called the Teroldego lady, a woman who has been able to bring to the highest level the combination of passion and expertise. The Trentino region is absolutely suited for the production of quality red wines.
