Granitus, the wine with a fruity bouquet and aromas of apple, peach and lemon blossom. Aromatic on the palate with a well-integrated acidity. It is a complex and elegant wine that impresses with its accentuated minerality. This fruity white wine evolves in the glass to show all its characteristics and facets from sip to sip.

Wilhelm Gasser Santerhof is situated at the entrance to Pustertal/Val Pusteria near the historic Mülbacher Klause. There, where no vineyards are expected, we have been producing our own wine since 2008 - the northernmost winery of Italy. Our farm’s biodiversity is our number one priority; therefore we produce a great variety of apples, stone fruits and table grapes. On an area of 0.85 hectares, the grape vine varieties Bronner and Regent thrive; from these we press wines of an excellent quality. The grapes are exclusively vinified in our own cellar. Since 1991 we have been working using solely organic biological methods. We belong to the Bioland association and are controlled by ABCERT. As free winegrowers we sell our wines almost exclusively at our farm.
