Description:
The sweetest temptation at Santerhof captivates with its amber colour and presents itself lively on the palate with a silky structure. With its pleasant fruity note, it lingers for a long time. The Solaris SOLEIL surprises with fine aromas of apricots and exotic fruits. It is sweet, but not too much so.

Solaris - fungus resistant grape variety - South Triol dessert wine.
Zone:
Sunny slopes or above Mühlbach stretching towards the south and east.
Vinification:
Aged for 10 months in barriques.
Serving temperature:
12 - 14°C.

Wilhelm Gasser Santerhof is situated at the entrance to Pustertal/Val Pusteria near the historic Mülbacher Klause. There, where no vineyards are expected, we have been producing our own wine since 2008 - the northernmost winery of Italy. Our farm’s biodiversity is our number one priority; therefore we produce a great variety of apples, stone fruits and table grapes. On an area of 0.85 hectares, the grape vine varieties Bronner and Regent thrive; from these we press wines of an excellent quality. The grapes are exclusively vinified in our own cellar. Since 1991 we have been working using solely organic biological methods. We belong to the Bioland association and are controlled by ABCERT. As free winegrowers we sell our wines almost exclusively at our farm.
