Description:
The Muskaris from the Santer cellar seduces with its fine floreal scent of violets, rose and lilac, but it also shows its fruity side with aromas of citrus fruits and a clear muscat note. On the palate it presents itself fresh and balanced with an animating fruit-acid-play and a delicate spice. Wine obtained from biological grapes.

Wilhelm Gasser Santerhof is situated at the entrance to Pustertal/Val Pusteria near the historic Mülbacher Klause. There, where no vineyards are expected, we have been producing our own wine since 2008 - the northernmost winery of Italy. Our farm’s biodiversity is our number one priority; therefore we produce a great variety of apples, stone fruits and table grapes. On an area of 0.85 hectares, the grape vine varieties Bronner and Regent thrive; from these we press wines of an excellent quality. The grapes are exclusively vinified in our own cellar. Since 1991 we have been working using solely organic biological methods. We belong to the Bioland association and are controlled by ABCERT. As free winegrowers we sell our wines almost exclusively at our farm.
