Descrizione:
Questo vino bianco ha un colore giallo-verdolino e si presenta al naso finemente fruttato. Si percepiscono note di mele, pere e meloni maturi. Al palato, il Sylvaner si presenta con la sua tipica mineralità, fine acidità e corpo equilibrato.
Uvaggio:
Sylvaner - Alto Adige DOC.
Zona:
Un unico vigneto a Velturno, a 600 m sul livello del mare.
Il terreno, leggero e permeabile, è composto da una miscela di sabbia, ghiaia, clausite e ardesia.
Vinificazione:
Fermentazione spontanea per il 50% in botti di acciaio inox, per il 50% in grandi botti di rovere e successivo affinamento per 11 mesi sulle lieviti fini.
Abbinamento:
Questo vino bianco è adatto ad antipasti, asparagi, pasta, piatti di riso e pesce.
Temperatura di servizio:
10 - 12°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 5 anni.

In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur alten Zollstation aus der Römerzeit liegt unser sonniger Hof mit seinen Weingärten. Um uns herum erstrecken sich die malerischen Hängel des Eisacktales mit seinen traditionsreichen Weinkulturen. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, unseren traditionellen Familienbetrieb mit eigenen Zukunftsvisionen zu beleben und zu bereichern. Sorgfalt und Liebe im Umgang mit der Natur stehen bei uns im Vordergrund.
Der Zöhlhof wird nach den biologischen Richtlinien geführt und umfasst eine Auswahl an erlesenen Weißweinen. Der Hof befindet sich in einer Steillage auf der Westseite des Eisacktales im Angesicht der Morgensonne, auf einer Seehöhe von ca. 600m.
