Golden yellow. Powerful nose, aromatic and floral. A wine with rose and lychees on the nose. Soft on the palate, with a lively freshness.

Gewürztraminer - South Tyrol IGT Mitterberg.
Production area:
Valle Isarco Waidbruck "Kalter Keller" (1996/2000) on loam and clay soils with black slate.
Vinification:
Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel barrels for 8 months. About half with spontaneous fermentation.
Food pairing:
Ideal combinations are prawns, lobster, liver pate, soft cheeses, desserts or simply as an aperitif. Also excellent with sushi!

10 - 12°C.

The Loacker family has been a pioneer of organic-biodynamic viticulture in Italy and Europe since 1979. Pure wine enjoyment with creations from South Tyrol and Tuscany, which skillfully steps out of line, impresses every passionate wine expert. Vernatsch and Lagrein are typical South Tyrolean grape varieties and are cultivated on 7 hectares of vineyard. International varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon also grow well on the steep slopes above Bolzano. Take a break from the heat and crowds of Bolzano and drive to Sanct Justina along the Rittnerstrasse. The historic winery Loacker, with its modern SKYWINE PAVILLON, gives you a great view of the Rosengarten while looking down on Bolzano.
