Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and ageing 50% in large wooden barrels, 50% in steel tanks.

The recently expanded winery development to include Kerner and Riesling is more than just a professional challenge for Wachtler. As a freelance winemaker, he works independently and according to his own philosophy. It reduces the quantities of cultivation and therefore increases the quality of the wine.
