Description

Description: 
Color: from greenish to pale yellow. Nose: delicate, harmonious, fruity with a floral and herbal note. Taste: pleasantly spiced, fresh and slightly aromatic, with refined and persistent finish. 

Grape variety: 
Green Veltliner / Grüner Veltliner - South Tyrol Valle Isarco DOC 

Production area: 
Valle Isarco 550 - 600 m. a.s.l. very deep and fertile clayey-sandy soils. 

Vinification: 
Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation half the time in large acacia wood barrels and the other half in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 7 months of lying on fine lees. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 8 years. 

Food pairing: 
soft cheeses, fish, white meat dishes. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C.

wine can contain sulphites.
