Description: 
Its floral notes not only make the heart of butterflies beat faster! The inspiration for Pinot Gris is "Aglia tau", the spotted butterfly native to the mixed forests of southern South Tyrol. Males are among the most avid leaflets in the realm of butterflies in search of their females, this effort must be rewarded! But back to wine: "Alia" inspires and lets your thoughts fly! Notes of wild flowers with aromas of apple, ripe pear and an elegant finish reminiscent of peach characterize this elegant wine with a straw yellow color.

Pinot Grigio - South Tyrol DOC 

Production area: 
Vineyard located directly on Lake Caldaro. 

Vinification: 
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees for about 2 months. 

Matching: 
It goes perfectly with typical Tyrolean appetizers, with veal and poultry.

10 - 12°C.

more than 5 years
