Description:
Intense and deep ruby colour. On the nose, aromas reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries, plums, herbaceous and rustic notes, cocoa and spices on the finish. Fresh taste with enveloping fullness, nicely integrated and silky tannins, spicy and persistent.

Cabernet Franc - Vallagarina IGT.
Production area:
Vallagarina, in the Valli del Leno area.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, new wood and cement and long maceration of the skins. Maturation for 24 months in oak barrels.
Food pairing:
Blue cheese, cold cuts and charcuterie, game, dark chocolate, mushroom risotto.
Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 10 years.
