Description:
Intense golden yellow colour. The aroma reminds of pineapple, peaches and mirabelles, butter and vanilla, honey, white flowers. Full and refreshing taste, good smoothness, structured, spicy and persistent.

Nosiola 50%, Pinot Bianco 30%, Chardonnay 20% - Vallagarina IGT.
Production area:
Vallagarina, in the Valli del Leno area.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation with own yeasts and maceration with the skins in the must for 10 - 12 days, without filtering. Maturation for 12 months in oak barrels.
Food pairing:
Pairs well with pasta dishes with vegetables, risotto, mature cheeses, white meat and fish starters.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
