Descrizione:
Colore intenso giallo dorato. Profumo che ricorda Ananas, pesche e susine mirabelle, burro e vaniglia, miele, fiori bianchi. Gusto pieno e rinfrescante, di buona morbidezza, strutturato, sapido e persistente.
Uvaggio:
Nosiola 50%, Pinot Bianco 30%, Chardonnay 20% - Vallagarina IGT
Zona:
Vallagarina, nella zona delle Valli del Leno.
Vinificazione:
Fermentazione alcolica con lieviti indigeni e macerazione delle bucce nel mosto di 10 - 12 giorni, senza filtrazioni. Affinamento per 12 mesi in tonneaux di rovere.
Abbinamento:
Da abbinarsi ai piatti di pasta con verdure, risotti, formaggi stagionati, carni bianche e antipasti di pesce.
Temperatura di servizio:
10 - 12°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 5 anni.

Merito delle intuizioni – e grande bravura – di Eugenio Rosi, istrionico enologo, viticoltore rivoluzionario, cantiniere che sovverte procedure e tecniche vinarie solo ed esclusivamente per avere un vino il più naturale possibile. Sembra una contraddizione, ma è proprio così.
