Descrizione:
Giallo paglierino, bouquet fruttato con note tropicali come pesca e albicocca. Note floreali con il fresco profumo di margherite. Fresco, vivace e armonioso al palato.

St. Justina Schwarhof "Nussbaum", "Lärchenhaus" e "Zypresse" (1988-1990), St. Justina Schwarhof "Kirschbaum" (2003-04), St. Justina Schwarhof "Garten" (2016), St. Justina Kohlerhof "Greal" (1986). Terreni sabbiosi con depositi porfirici e morenici.
Vinificazione:
Macerazione delle uve intere per 2 ore. Fermentazione 60% in botti di rovere da 2 hl e 40% in botti d'acciaio da 2 hl. Invecchiamento di 6 mesi nelle rispettive botti di fermentazione.
Abbinamento:
Si raccomanda molto bene come aperitivo, con antipasti, asparagi, pesce e anche con semplici piatti di carne.
Temperatura di Servizio:
9 - 11°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 5 anni.

Tenuta Loacker Schwarhof
Dal 1979 la famiglia Loacker è pioniere della viticoltura biologica-biodinamica in Italia ed Europa. Creazioni dall’Alto Adige e dalla Toscana, talvolta sapientemente differenti, per un puro piacere di vino che entusiasma ogni appassionato intenditore. Su una superficie di 7 ettari si coltivano tipici vitigni autoctoni altoatesini, quali Schiava e Lagrein. Sulle pendenze dei vigneti situati sopra Bolzano anche le varietà internazionali, ad esempio Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon trovano le condizioni ideali per sviluppare tutte le loro peculiarità. Una pausa dalla calda e convulsa città di Bolzano, un breve tragitto su via Renon verso Santa Giustina e si raggiunge la storica Tenuta Loacker con il moderno SKYWINE PAVILLON, dal quale si possono ammirare sia il gruppo del Catinaccio che il capoluogo altoatesino.
