Production area: The vineyards, all cultivated on steep slopes with gradients between 40% and 70% and an ideal southern exposure, grow at an altitude between 550m and 650m above sea level in Untrum, the southernmost hamlet of the municipality of Velturno as well as one of the sunniest places in the Valle Isarco.
Vinification: gentle processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the lees in stainless steel for 10 months.
Food pairing: with starters, asparagus, cooked or grilled fish, excellent as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
