Thomas Dorfmann Winery
The Thomas Dorfmann winery is located in one of the hottest places in the Isarco Valley. It has an area of ​​two hectares of vineyards and is located at an altitude between 550 and 650 m. The 70% steep vineyards are surrounded by natural stone walls. Since Thomas Dorfmann focuses on the typical varieties of the Isarco Valley, his range is mainly white: Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. But it also grows Pinot Noir - "a rarity in the Isarco Valley".
