Production area: The vineyards, all cultivated on steep slopes with gradients between 40% and 70% and an ideal southern exposure, grow at an altitude between 550m and 650m above sea level in Untrum, the southernmost hamlet of the municipality of Velturno as well as one of the sunniest places in the Valle Isarco.
Vinification: Delicate processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the lees in steel for 10 months.
Food pairing: Ideal with structured cheeses, prawns, lobster, foie gras, cold cuts and speck, excellent as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.

It has an area of two hectares of vineyards and is located at an altitude between 550 and 650 m. The 70% steep vineyards are surrounded by natural stone walls. Since Thomas Dorfmann focuses on the typical varieties of the Isarco Valley, his range is mainly white: Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer and Riesling.
