Description: T Rosso combines the lightness of the jovial Schiava to pleasant fruit richness found in Pinot Noir and Merlot. It’s a combination of the history and winemaking tradition of Alto Adige. In the glass, T Rosso is bright ruby to garnet, with aromas of fresh fruit and soft, gentle palate.

Production area: The grapes come from vineyards of calcareous clay and gravel conformation at an altitude of 250 to 550 m about
Vinification: The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed after harvesting, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (26 - 28°C).
Food pairing: An elegant wine that can be paired with light meat dishes or fish.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
