Description:
T Rosso combines the lightness of the jovial Schiava to pleasant fruit richness found in Pinot Noir and Merlot. It’s a combination of the history and winemaking tradition of Alto Adige. In the glass, T Rosso is bright ruby to garnet, with aromas of fresh fruit and soft, gentle palate.

The grapes come from vineyards of calcareous clay and gravel conformation at an altitude of 250 to 550 m about
Vinification:
The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed after harvesting, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (26 - 28°C).

An elegant wine that can be paired with light meat dishes or fish.
Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
