Prutznai, 300 m a.s.l. Soil: clay gravel.
Vinification:
17 days of mash fermentation in open steel tanks with mash movement. Biological acid degradation in large oak barrels and subsequent storage in barriques for up to 18 months.

A wine for large dishes and therefore ideal with game and red meat.
Serving temperature:
18 - 20°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 10 years.
