Grape variety: Kerner - Alto Adige DOC Riserva
Production area: Muttergarten and Vial, 460 - 550 a.s.l., very stony soil with calcareous gravel.
Vinification: Cold maceration on the skins. The must is fermented in 500 l oak barrels followed by 10 months aging on the lees in wooden barrels.
Matching: Ideal with tasty starters; especially good with fish and seafood as well as white meats.
Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential: more than 8 years.
