Description:
Colour: golden yellow. Smell: Extremely complex aroma picture with notes of red apple, Williams pear and melon underlaid by a subtle note of wood. Taste: strong in the drink with a balanced body, mineral-fresh aftertaste .

Vinification:
After the must fermentation in 500 l oak barrels and the subsequent maturation on the fermenting yeast in the wood for 12 months, the wine reaches its first fine maturity. This is followed by another 6 months yeast storage in steel barrels. The interaction of the best grape quality and the long aging on the yeast is the guarantee for the good longevity of this Pinot Blanc.

This Pinot Blanc Riserva goes well with hearty appetizers, tartare and light meat and poultry dishes.
