Production area:
The grapes come from vineyards grown in calcareous clay soils.
Vinification:
The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented at controlled temperature (28°C) in steel tanks. The wine was then aged and allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation in barrels of various capacities for at least 6 months.
Food pairing:
This wine goes well with venison, game and strong cheese.
Serving temperature:
18 - 20°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
