Description:
Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with a deep red color. The nose gives off aromas of red fruit and spice. Our Cabernet is full and structured, with hints of blackcurrant and green peppercorn.

Production area:
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards planted in calcareous clay and gravelly soils.
Vinification:
The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented at controlled temperature (28°C) in steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation was allowed to occur. The wine was then aged in used barrels.
Food pairing:
We recommend pairing this wine with red meats, game and cheeses.
Serving temperature:
18 - 20°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
