Vinification:
15 days of mash fermentation in open steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine matures for up to 18 months in new and used barrique barrels.

This powerful wine is ideal with game dishes, dark meat and also as a meditation wine.

16 - 18°C.
