Description: 
Colour: Yellow-green. Nose: Intense aromas of white peach and apricot. Taste: Elegant, balanced, mineral. 

Grape variety: 
Riesling - South Tyrol DOC 

Production area: 
Vineyards in Montiggl above the large Montiggler Lake (480 - 550 m). Exposure: South/southeast slope. Soil: Gravel and pebbly soil. 

Vinification: 
Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by development on the lees for another five months. 

Food pairing: 
This all-rounder pairs nicely with light fish dishes, Asian cuisine and vegetable dishes. In spring, it is lovely with asparagus salad with a ham roll filled with Bozner sauce. It is also lovely with goats cheese. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years.

But for well-structures red wines, outstanding small vineyards are found at lower elevations and along the Wine Route. The mild and sunny climate forms the basis for the unique quality of the wines.
