Description: 
The colour of this Pinot Grigio is straw yellow with slight greenish highlights. The nose has a fruity aroma of pears and apples. It is soft and elegant. 

Grape variety: 
Pinot Grigio - South Tyrol DOC 

Production area: 
It grows in several vineyards in the municipalities of Eppan and Kaltern. The soils consist of calcareous moraine debris. Training system: Guyot 

Vinification: 
Harvest and selection of grapes by hand. Fermentation and partial malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. 

Matching: 
Exclusive aperitif and summer wine, but also a versatile accompaniment to food. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 3 - 4 years. 

Bottle to: 
375 ml - 37,5 cl - 0,375 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contain sulphites.

In particular, the vineyards in and around Appiano offer the ideal conditions for varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Yellow Muscat, and Pinot Noir. 
But for well-structures red wines, outstanding small vineyards are found at lower elevations and along the Wine Route. The mild and sunny climate forms the basis for the unique quality of the wines.
