Descrizione:
Il carattere rinfrescante, il perlage molto fine e la delicata nota di fragola al naso conferiscono al Blanc de Rouge il suo gusto inconfondibile.
Uvaggio:
100% Schiava - Extra Brut DOC, Metodo Classico
Zona:
Un vigneto si trova a Cornaiano, su terreni morenici a 450 metri di altitudine, e l'altro a Lana, su suoli di gneiss e granito inalterati a 600 metri di altitudine.
Vinificazione:
Le uve vengono vinificate in bianco e quindi pressate direttamente e molto delicatamente. Dopo la prima fermentazione, imbottigliamo il vino base inducendo un’ulteriore fermentazione secondo il metodo classico, dove invecchia sui lieviti per 24-30 mesi.
Abbinamento:
Leggero e digeribile dati il tasso di zucchero residuo di solo 3g/l e una bassa gradazione alcolica di 12% vol, l'Extra Brut è il vino ideale per aperitivi e come accompagnamento duranti i pasti. Una leggera nota di mandorla nel finale gli conferisce un fascino particolarissimo.
