Description

Description: 
The refreshing nature, the very gentle bubbles and the delicate strawberry note on the nose give the Blanc de Rouge its outstanding character.

Grape variety: 
100% Schiava - Extra Brut DOC, Metodo Classico 

Production area: 
One vineyard is located in Cornaiano on moraine soils at an altitude of 450m and the other in Lana on weathered gneiss and granite soils at an altitude of 600m

Vinification: 
The grapes undergo white vinification and, hence, direct and soft pressing. After the first fermentation, we bottle the base wine, inducing fermentation according to the classic method, during which it ages on the yeast for 24-30 months. 

Matching: 
The Extra Brut is light and digestible with only 3g/l of residual sugar and low alcohol content of 12% by volume. It is therefore ideally suited as an aperitif and as a dish companion. A light almond note in the finish gives it an extraordinary charm. 

Serving temperature: 
5°C sinking. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 3 years. 

Dosage: 
3.0 g/lt. 

Bottle to:
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt.
