Brilliant, bright straw yellow; fruity scents of apples and pears, well bound wooden notes, juicy and fresh acidity, long finish.

Vinification:
The fermentation occurs in steel tanks, large oak casks and in tonneaux. The wine ages for 8 months on the fine lees with a partial malolactic conversion.

Light starters, fish, dumplings and as aperitif.

12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.

The Winery Merano Burggräfler arose from the merger of two traditional wineries: the Winery Merano and the Winery Burggräfler. A total of 370 members, small and micro producers, cultivate about 250 hectares of the best vineyards in Merano and the surrounding areas Lagundo, Tirolo, Caines, Rifiano, Scena, Marlengo, Cermes, Lana and the Val Venosta Valley. Thanks to their combined strenght the winegrowing in the western part of South Tyrol obtains a new and interesting profile.
