Description:
Colour: greenish yellow. Smell: intense and fruity with notes of apple, pear and citrus fruits. Taste: very racy and mineral in the drink, full-bodied with an elegant finish.

Production area:
Vial, Planitzing, Barleit and Salt - mostly over 500 m asl. Limestone gravel, some porphyry sand, alluvial soil with gravel.
Vinification:
Short maceration on the skins, fermentation below 18 °C in steel tanks, then several months storage on the fine lees .
Matching:
This Pinot Blanc is a wine for every day and is ideal as an aperitif and with hearty starters as well as vegetable and fish dishes.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.
