Descrizione:
Aroma e gusto delicato e un carattere inconfondibile caratterizzano lo Chardonnay "Schwarzhaus" di Stroblhof. Brilla nel bicchiere con una lucentezza giallo chiaro con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso esprime un bel profumo di albicocca e vaniglia. Al palato, brilla per il suo corpo elegantemente armonioso e l'acidità ottimamente integrata.

Chardonnay - ALto Adige DOC.
Zona:
Un terreno nel vigneto di SCHWARZHAUS nel comune di Appiano, situato ad un'altitudine di 350 m sul livello del mare.
Vinificazione:
Dopo la raccolta delle uve avviene la fermentatura a temperatura controllata in botti di rovere. Il vino viene poi invecchiato per sette mesi sulle fecce fini nelle stesse botti.
Abbinamento:
Uno Chardonnay altoatesino di grande tipicità che si abbina in modo eccellente ad antipasti forti, pesce o frutti di mare, così come al pollame piccante.
Temperatura di servizio:
10 - 12°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 5 anni.

Tenuta Stroblhof
Lo Stroblhof è un maso di lunga tradizione vinicola, che già prima del 1600 si trova citato in antichi documenti dell’epoca. Fin da tempi remoti qui si coltivano le viti su tenui pendii dalle condizioni ottimi e si producono vini con uve pregiate.Con grande impegno ed amore ci dedichiamo alla nostra attività mirata al raggiungimento di un massimo livello qualitativo, sia nel vigneto ma anche in cantina. Le quantità piuttosto limitate delle uve raccolte garantiscono un’alta qualità dei vini prodotti. Con le uve dei 5,5 ettari di vigneti, ogni anno si produce un numero massimo di 40.000 bottiglie, di cui circa la metà vini bianchi, l’altra metà rossi. L’altitudine ideale di 500 metri s.l.m. e terreni ben aerati sui declivi ai piedi della Mendola garantiscono vini dal carattere deciso, di gradevole acidità e con buona tenuta all’invecchiamento.
