Description:
Pale straw yellow with greenish hues in the glass. Multi-layered and elegant on the nose with notes of gooseberry, elderflower and light aromas of nettle and medlar. On the palate it is dry with a crisp structure, mineral and juicy notes and a pleasant, fresh acidity, with an inviting and stimulating finish.

Terlaner Sauvignon Blanc - South Tyrol DOC.
Production area:
Settequerce Terlano, Auna di Sotto Renon, Ackpfeif Lana at 270 - 700 m a.s.l., south and south-est facing slope with porphyry weathered soil.
Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 5 months in steel barrels.
Matching:
Shellfsh and crustaceans, sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon trout.
Serving temperature:
11 - 13°C.
Ageing potential:
3 - 6 years.
