Vinification:
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, followed by a partial malolactic conversion. The wine ages for 5 months on the fine lees before filling.
Food pairing:
Ideal with light appetizers, fish, dumpling-based recipes and aperitifs.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 3 years.

The Winery Merano Burggräfler arose from the merger of two traditional wineries: the Winery Merano and the Winery Burggräfler. A total of 370 members, small and micro producers, cultivate about 250 hectares of the best vineyards in Merano and the surrounding areas Lagundo, Tirolo, Caines, Rifiano, Scena, Marlengo, Cermes, Lana and the Val Venosta Valley. Thanks to their combined strenght the winegrowing in the western part of South Tyrol obtains a new and interesting profile.
