Uvaggio:
Pinot Bianco - Alto Adige DOC Val Venosta
Zona:
Val Venosta, Castelbello su 450 - 700 m. Terreno composto da ardesia da disgregazione, granito e gneis, terreno povero e sabbioso.
Vinificazione:
La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi in inox, cui segue una fermentazione malolattica parziale e la maturazione sui lieviti per circa 5 mesi.
Abbinamento:
Ideale con antipasti leggeri, pesce, ricette a base di canederli e aperitivi.
Temperatura di Servizio:
10 - 12°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 3 anni.
