Description: Pale yellow color, has vaguely greenish reflections. Lively and bright, and intense fruit with distinct notes of ripe apple and apricot. The taste is dry, fresh with good structure and very soft. Balanced, has a pleasantly bitter.

Production area: Veneto region. Grown in various types of land, being spread across the region. Prefer however still dry soils, alluvial and hill.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when ripe medium-early. The vinification is strictly 'in white' with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeast on the must advance decanted. Generally consumed young.
Food pairing: Find the right combination with appetizers and fish dishes (especially grilled). Excellent with ham and bacon.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: 1 - 3 years.

Producer: Parolvini Winery The company Parolvini, has origin back in 1917 when the current owner's grandfather used part of his house for the sale of his vineyards' products. The wine trade was later continued by his son, Callisto, which store became a wine benchmark for neighbouring towns. Around the 70s, Callisto gave to his sons Dario and Bruno the company's care, developing and expanding the business.
