Production area: Novacella in Valle Isarco at 600 - 670m a.s.l. Quite warm microclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures. Sandy and loamy soil.
Vinification: Fermentation and ageing: 60% for 6 months in large oak barrels of 20 hl and 40% in steel tanks.
