Description:
The name Voyage is a tribute to the time Max spent in Burgundy. Of course, the Chardonnay Voyage does not taste like a Chablis - after all, it grows in South Tyrol. All the experiences he made on his journey are in this unique wine. Voyage - there couldn't be a better name for it!

Production area:
The vines are located in Bolzano - Kampill. Most of the vineyards are still cultivated on the traditional Pergl. This allows the freshness of the grapes to be preserved, as they grow there in partial shade to perfect ripeness. This means a ripe nose with great fruit, as well as crisp tannins and tension on the palate.
Vinification:
Whole cluster pressing is followed by spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for 12 months in tonnaux and a further 6 in stainless steel barrels on the full lees.
