Description

Description: 
Brilliant greenish yellow colour, discreet notes of aromatic herbs, elder, exotic fruits and paprika on the nose. In the mouth it is mineral, harmonious, with well-integrated freshness. 

Grape varierty: 
Sauvignon blanc, several French clones - Alto Adige DOC. 

Production area: 
Two parcels in the municipality of Caldaro at an altitude of 550 metres above sea level. 

Vinification: 
The healthy, ripe grapes were destemmed, crushed and subjected to a five-hour cold maceration on the press. Controlled fermentation for three weeks in 20 hl oak casks and six months of ageing on the lees. No malolactic fermentation. 

Food pairing: 
Ideal as aperitif, Asian dishes, fish, fresh cheeses, light and intense first courses. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C.

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years. 

Bottle to: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contains sulphites.

We continue to work hard at this farm – both in the vineyards and the cellars – with the single minded scope of producing top quality wine. The low and select production allows us to guarantee the high quality of the wines. In fact, from 5.5 hectares, we only produce a maximum of 40,000 bottles, half of which is white, the other red. The altitude of 500 meters above sea level is an additional advantage to producing wines of unique character, good acidity, and with a good aging potential.

Bouquet fine e intenso richiama mele aromatiche mature e fiori bianchi ed emana una leggera nota di pietra focaia. Al palato il vino é fresco e sapido con un'aciditá stuzzicante e minerale.
