Grape varierty: 30% Pinot Grigio, 30% Sauvignon, 40% Chardonnay - Alto Adige IGT This selection is a vintage cuvèe with 5% dried grapes in the vineyard and 8 months ageing in barriques.
Production area: Different areas in different communes. Vineyard Lafai in Cornaiano, vineyard Sparapan at Lake Caldaro and vineyard Puiten in Caldaro village. From 350 to 450 m above sea level. Soil: sandy and clayey and calcareous.
Vinification: The various grapes are destemmed and undergo a cold maceration for a few hours with the skins, after which they are pressed. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at low temperatures around 15°C. After fermentation, everything is racked off, the coarse yeast is removed, and afterwards it is pumped back into the barrels where it is made sur lie for approx. 8 months.
