Description:
Intense, brilliant ruby red colour. Full and pleasantly fruity bouquet, violet and raspberry can be detected. Dry, savoury bitterish flavour with a slight almond taste, good nerve, full body, lots of character.

Teroldego - Trentino Rotaliano DOC Bagolari.
Production area:
Vineyards of Maso Donati di Mezzocorona - Campo Rotaliano.
Vinification:
Traditional skin maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature with punching-down in steel tanks, evolution in oak barrels and storage in bottles.
Food pairing:
Recommended with strong white and red meat dishes, roasts, game, red meat with brown sauces and hard cheeses.
Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
