Grape variety: 
100% Pinot Noir. 

Production area: 


Yield: 55 hl per hectare. 

Vinification: 
Maceration was made at controlled temperature (26°C) with daily pump overs and submersion of the cap to increase the level of extraction from the grape skins. The wine was fermented and aged in a combination of French barriques, oak casks and partly in stainless steel vats. 

Description: 
Pinot Noir is ruby in color with light garnet hues. It has the scent of fresh wild berries, lovely balance, and a good tannic structure to frame the wine. This Pinot Noir was bottled in a traditional Burgundy bottle to reflect its elegance. The glass closure also makes this product unique and special. 

Matching: 
This wine is made for the table and is particularly suitable for roasts, game and cheeses. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
3 - 6 years.

0,75 liters.
