Un'azienda di famiglia, un'unica superficie a vite, tre vitigni, ma innumerevoli genotipi: alla tenuta Plonerhof di Marlengo si punta ad una variabilità del tutto particolare per occupare una nicchia estremamente interessante. Anche perché il vignaiolo Erhart Tutzer vuole essere "di qualità" in tutto - dalla vite alla bottiglia. I vigneti della tenuta Plonerhof ricoprono 5 ettari, in parte con pendenza fino al 40%, dove lavorare è difficile e faticoso. È evidente che in queste condizioni non si riceve nulla di regalato.
